 Riding members must complete the attached EA Waiver Form

 Family Discount – Yearly membership fees are capped at 80.00 per Family/Household

 Adult Dependent’s 21and over are not eligible for family members

 A separate Waiver Form must be signed for each family member

 Adults are highly recommended to wear a hard hat helmet, if they choose not to they ride at own risk

Persons Under the age of 18 Years:

 All Forms must be approved with the signature of a parent or guardian

 Is compulsory to wear a hard hat helmet (Will not ride without a helmet)
