Please Note:

Bookings are calculated per day or part thereof. If you are leaving the venue prior to 6am, please put your departure date as the day before. Stables being used after 6am on the departure day will incur another day's hire fee. Stables will not be unlocked prior to 6am on the arrival day.

All Stable Bookings for upcoming weekend events must be completed before Friday 12 noon, otherwise a non-refundable late booking fee of $155 will be charged.

Refunds for any stable, camping or venue bookings will only be issued if advance notice is given in writing to msep@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, prior to the commencement of the booking. 

Fees (including GST) as per Fraser Coast Regional Council's Schedule of Fees and Charges (2022/23):

Stables, Yards & Tack Rooms are $15.00 per day or part thereof ($45.00 refundable bond if left clean; or cleaning fee paid upfront is $45.00 per stable) 

Use of Equestrian Facilities: $10.00 per horse per day or part thereof. This applies to each day or part thereof your horse is at the venue for a competition or other organised equestrian event (including days prior to/following the event) or for casual use of any equestrian facilities to ride, exercise, walk, train, wash/groom and vet or farrier visits anywhere on the grounds at any time. 

Camping is $27.00 per site per night and is limited to 72 hours only when not related to an event held at the grounds.
