STABLES, YARDS & CAMPING 2023

• Stables, Open Yards and Covered Yards are $15 per 24hr period (6.30 am to 6.30 am) or $40 for duration of the Show (Thursday, Friday & Saturday – vacating Sunday morning). 
• Stables and Yards must be vacated by 6.30 am on the day of departure unless booked for the next 24 hrs.
• Bedding is not provided.
• Stables and Yards must be left clean.
• Bedding and manure to be deposited at designated manure collection points.
• Portable yards are not permitted.
• Electric fences are not permitted in camping or livestock areas.  Electric fences are banned on the main parking area between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm Friday and Saturday.  If erected outside these hours appropriate signage must be displayed.
• Camping is $15 per night per site or $40 for duration of the Show (Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights).
• Fees will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled.
• All dogs must be on leads and under strict control at all times.  All dogs are the absolute responsibility of the owner.
