Working Equitation Hawkesbury to Hunter Inc (WEQH2H) is now seeking membership applications for the calendar year 2019. If you would like to be part of a fun and progressive club then apply now.

The club aims to provide its’ members with one training day per month from February to November each year, plus 2-3 competitions and 1-2 clinics a year. The club also supports riders competing at external events on a regular basis. Our training days are at Tall Timbers Pony Club, Pacific Highway, Ourimbah NSW on the second Sunday of each month. Our monthly general meetings are open to all members and interested parties. Registration to any of our events is via Nominate.

We are known to be a supportive, friendly club that is keen to meet the needs of its members, whilst helping to grow working equitation locally and nationally. If you would like to know more about our club visit our website or our facebook page.

Over the past few years the club has expanded rapidly and given that we aim to continually meet the growing needs of our membership, we have capped our riding membership numbers at 85 for 2019. Membership applications will be accepted for current members provided the membership application is received by 20 December 2018. After this date further applications will be considered in date of receipt order and as outlined below.

To apply for membership you need to:

• read and complete the terms and conditions of membership below

• complete the membership form

• complete the waiver forms

New member applications once processed will be presented at our general meetings. If your application is accepted we will advise you of your membersip number via email. If your application is unsuccessful, you will be advised as per our club constitution.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

WEQH2H is a volunteer run, not-for-profit incorporation. The club functions with the support of its members. .

If you wish to be a member of WEQH2H, you need to agree to helping out at training days and events, doing jobs such as equipment set up and pack away, co-ordination and support of competitions and clinics, being part of the operating committee and/or helping support the committee to make events run effectively.


Membership fees:

Please note: new members will be charged a once off joining fee (adult and child riders only). This is only charged on your initial membership payment, not on your renewal.

Adult Rider: $105 new membership, $75 renewing membership

Child Rider (under 18 yrs): $65 new membership, $50 renewing membership

Family (Up to 2 Adults & 2 Children): $180 for new and renewing membership (no joining fee)

Non-Rider: $20 for new and renewing membership (no joining fee)
