THIS IS A PRIVATE ARENA AND AS SUCH IS TO BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT.  NO DOGS AT ALL NOT IN FLOATS OR CARS!  CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE STAIRS OR THE MEZANINE AREA WITHOUT AN ADULT.  NO SMOKING - IF YOU MUST SMOKE DO IT IN YOUR CAR AND TAKE YOUR BUTTS HOME. 

All manure and hay is to be removed from yards and camping area must be put in the trailer near the Hot Wash. All water buckets are to be emptied prior to leaving the grounds and placed upside down in the yards. Please ensure the yard gates are closed before leaving the venue. Any yards with hay left in them will be charged a clean-up fee of $25. No horse yards to be built in camping area. No lunging horses in the camping area. All camping to be directly in front of the arena. Day parking will be on the parking area adjacent to the Hot wash. It is advisable you bring a rubber mat for horses to stand on. Any fees owing before commencement of show, will prevent that person from entering the Show Arena – this rule will be strictly enforced. (This includes camping/yard fees which are payable directly to the facility owners).
