EVA50 -  PCAV 5B with canter

Fee:

Entry $75 Official Classes (EVA80 and above)

Entry $65 Unofficial Classes (EVA65 and EVA50)

TEA Levy $20 per horse

Ground Levy $20 per horse

2nd horse Discount $10

TEA Member Discount $40 per horse

 

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Gates will open at 6.30am

DRESSAGE will start promptly at 8:00am.  ALL riders must be prepared to ride early if there are scratchings in their ring

 

CROSS COUNTRY will begin at approximately 11.30am in the following order:  CNC1*,EVA105, EVA95, EVA80, EVA65, EVA50.

Official Cross Country Walks will be at 7.30am and 10am from the clubhouse. The course will be open from 4pm Saturday 24th.

Body protectors are compulsory.

 

SHOW JUMPING will commence at 10.45am in the following order: EVA65, EVA50, CNC1*, EVA105, EVA95, EVA80.

 

Helmets need to be compliant with current EA requirements

Stewards briefing for xc will commence at 11am in front of the clubhouse.
All riders must supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs. That steward must be over the age of 16. If you do not supply the name of a steward, you will not be able to ride unless you have made arrangements, at the time of entry, considered acceptable to the organising committee. This does NOT mean that your entry will necessarily be accepted so please plan to provide a steward.

Protests regarding your score or any aspect of the event should be directed to a member of the STEA committee or the STEA rider rep for the day and they will approach any officials or any members of the organising committee on your behalf

Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the TD or Scoring Team direct. 

Prize money will be presented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for Official Classes.  Ribbons will be presented to 4th place for all classes. Please wear formal attire to the presentation.

Canteen will be available throughout the day.

Strictly no dogs allowed.
