DRESSAGE LESSONS WITH DEON STOKES

Due to the resounding success of the clinics held in 2018 we have secured Deon to return to Wagga Wagga regularly throughout 2019!

Deon originally hails from WA but is now based in the Southern Highlands NSW. Deon has excelled at a National level in both Eventing and Dressage, having previously competed up to 4*** level eventing and Grand Prix dressage level. He currently competes at 3*** level in eventing and is well known in the dressage arena riding to national success with stallions such as Royal Oak II, Don Dancier and Bellario (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQp1xX1ZBzs&feature=youtu.be.)

Deon has a solid reputation for being a beautifully soft and thoughtful rider and this is something that he strives to pass on to his students. Our clinics in 2018 filled quickly and were thoroughly enjoyed by all levels of riders and horses – from green horses having their first outings through to horses training Grand Prix dressage movements.

Individual dressage lessons (45 minutes): $120 + $20 arena hire

Our last clinic filled quickly and was thoroughly enjoyed by all levels of riders and horses – from green horses having their first outings through to horses training Grand Prix dressage movements. He has successfully coached riders/horses from the beginning of their eventing careers right through to 3*** level.
Individual dressage lessons on Saturday and Sunday. Priority will be given to Wagga Wagga Horse Trials Club members and those who attended Deon’s previous clinic in Wagga.
