Helpers or Donation - See #4 of the conditions of Entry:  All entries must supply one named helper which can complete the task OR pay the ''No Helper Provided Donation''. Shared helpers (eg. across families or with multiple horses) must seek email approval for their tasks from Roydvale.Event@gmail.com. Helpers not reporting on the day will result in a withdrawal of the associated rider entries (no ride and no refund if not remedied on the day of competition).

Non-NZPCA financial riders  must complete a NZPCA Casual Membership form and email this to Roydvale.Event@gmail.com .... download here.
