VENUE NOTICE

Please read carefully before making your bookings;

Stable Blocks D,E and F are not available unless the other 3 blocks are full

BUMP IN IS THURSDAY 5th April FROM 12 NOON

BUMP OUT IS SUNDAY 16th April 

CANCELLATION - all cancelations must be received in writing

Any cancellation up to 21st March 2017 must be in writing and the refund will be minus 25% of all fees paid.

Any cancellation received after 21st March 2017 up to 5th April, must be in writing and will be minus 50% of all fees paid.

Cancellations received after 5th April 2017 must be accompanied by vet certificate and a refund may be considered

Tack boxes ( tack boxes are allocated in the middle of each stable block, and they are highlighted in blue on the venue map)


STABLES: All stables are rented with 1 cubic metre of shavings

Tack box & Stable bonds – will be refunded if the stable and tack box are left totally clean (swept). The bond will be refunded to your credit card, by NOMINATE, within 14 days of the completion of the show.


CAMPING: Powered site on asphalt (one camp site booking means one (1) plug in) Unpowered Campdraft Paddock camping 


NO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 3pm 21st March 2017


The stabling and camping system we use at AELEC is powered by NOMINATE and therefore your credit card statement will show a charge from NOMINATE PTY LTD MILBONG.
