SWEQ Club 'Mocktition' Day Sunday 24th November 2024

What is a 'Mocktition'? 

This our SWEQ term to describe a competition but without the judges or gear check!  The day will run like a competition in that you enter into a class and prior to the day you are sent a draw with your dressage test times, your Ease of Handling (EOH) draw time and map and Speed Phase draw time.  As there are no judges there is no scoring so therefore no places.  A Mocktition is a way for both competitors and organsiers to have a practice run at comepting in and organising a WEQ competition.  If time permits riders can have several attempts at their dressage test and / or EOH course.  

OUR ADDRESS :335 Sackville Rd Wilberforce (coming from Windsor nearest cross street on left is IronBark Drive. Put your left indicator on and look for the Woodlands Park Pony Club sign). 

Our venue is huge with plenty of float parking, a purpose built sand dressage arena and a large fenced in warm up area.  There are 2 large grass areas - one set up with the obstacles and the other is availabe if you need space to develop your flat work. 

FORMAT: 

Gates open 8:00am

8:00am to 9am obstacle and dressage arena set up 

9am  Registration at Clubhouse 

9:30am to 2pm Mocktition and pack up

SWEQ Members -   $25 ( the $15 Members discount will apply when you enter)

NON SWEQ Members - $40
