Unfortunately due to a deteriorating physical medical condition Reynolds Run has closed for business until further notice.

Beth would like to thank all, for the support she has received from clients, students & friends during the last 4 years since her return to work & regrets having to make this decision based on advice from her Specialist’s.

All of the scheduled clinics for the remainder of 2018 to be presented by Beth Reynolds have been either cancelled or alternative coaches have been organised to for fill these commitments.

Rider & horse suitability for your safety & reasurance

Riders need to be able to walk, trot & canter in a safe & controlled manner.

The clinic format incdues group lesson environment, so the attending horses need to be safe for the rider & the other riders & horses in the clinic.

Safety and animal welfare issues

Rider and horse combinations considered not safe to be in a group environment will be asked to dismount and leave the arena. There will be no eligibility for a refund from Beth Reynolds. The rider is welcome to remain as part of the clinic as a non-rider.

Should a horse enter the clinic that is in the opinion of Beth Reynolds, unsound therefore considered unfit to partake in the clinic. The rider will be asked to dismount and leave the arena. There will be no eligibility for a refund from Beth Reynolds. The rider is welcome to remain as part of the clinic as a non-rider or if they are able to procure a suitable mount they can again join the clinic as a ridden member.

 

Unsafe, poorly fitting or saddlery in poor repair will be deemed unsafe for the use in the clinic. It is the owners / riders responsibility to procure suitable equipment prior to mounting. If suitable equipment is not obtainable the combination will be unable to participate in the clinic in a ridden capacity.

When Cattle are used as part of your clinic their welfare is of great importance. Unnecessary running, chasing or pressure on the cattle will not be accepted by any participant.

All riders must wear a compliant Equestrian Australia approved helmet that is less than 5 years form the date of manufacture. Without a compliant helmet riders will not be permitted to mount after a gear check.

There will be no eligibility for a refund from Beth Reynolds in this event.

 

Cancellation Policy

Riders need to provide either a Doctors or Vets certificate to receive a refund from the organisers.

Beth Reynolds is not responsible for this refund.

If Riders are able to find a replacement rider to fill their position they can be refunded their costs from their replacement rider.

 

BYO all food for you & your horse.

Bore water & sheep yards are available for your horses. You may wish to bring your own yards for your horses.

Shearers quarters & kitchen are available with riders getting first option with hot showers.

Otherwise you can camp in your floats.

Due to the events location riders are requested to enter important medical information that maybe required by a medical professional should you be unable to supply it to them yourself. It will be kept confidential & is only being collected for your benefit so we can ensure your best care. You need only supply information that would be relevant in an emergency situation & aid medical staff.

Multiple First Aid Qualified persons will be at the event to ensure your best care & a current Equestrian Australia compliant helmet will be required to be worn that is less than 5 years from date of Manufacture. Please check the date of manufacture on the tag on the inside of your helmet, it maybe under the lining.
