Sun 6th Jan 2018: EvA80/ Grade3 up to CNC 1 star

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Saturday 5th: Start time 9am

Sunday 6th:    8am Start

Because we are expecting high numbers, the committee has decided to run all three phases of the EvA65/Grade 4 and EvA 50/Grade 5 on the Saturday. and all other grades will compete in all three phases on Sunday

Please note: Should entries be less than anticipated then the event may revert back  to a 1 day competition for all grades and riders will be notified at the close of entries.

PLEASE NOTE: NO DOGS ALLOWED (Strictly enforced)

Payment must be made at the time of entry through Nominate: TEA members (NTEC, STEA and NWEA receive a $40 discount - please ensure you tick the relevent box)

HELP compulsory: Riders must provide a Helper on the day OR attend a working bee for a minimum of 3 hours. Working bees held 27th and 28th Dec from 9am

MULTIPLE HORSES: A rider with more than one horse in the same class must abide by the draw. Classes will not be held up to accommodate riders with two horses. Refunds will not be given for riders who have not been able to participate in each phase.

QUALIFICATIONS - Riders must be full financial members of EA riding EA reg horses with a current eventing license. for classes EvA95 and above. For EvA 80 riders must be at least a Participant member of EA. For EvA 65 and 50, riders must be either a TEA (NTEC/STEA or NWEA) or EA member

WATER - Please bring your own water

 All manure and feed must be removed please ensure you bring a bucket or bag to take yours home!

LIABILITY - Neither NTEC or West Tamar Pony Club, the organising committee, nor the PCAT, accepts liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever. 

FIRST AID / VETERINARIAN – Private ambulance & a veterinarian will be onsite for the cross country (xc) & show jumping phase’s. 

RESERVATION OF RIGHT - The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event; divide any class; alter the advertised starting times; and refuse any entry with or without stating the reason. 

DRAW  – The draw & programme will be forwarded to riders. 

RULES - This event is run under  EA Eventing rules for EA riders.  Medical Armbands worn on the upper left arm are compulsory and the information must be up to date.  They will be examined when back numbers are collected and by the XC gear checkers. See also event briefing sheet.

MARSHALLING

ALL RIDERS ARE TO PRESENT  TO THE APPROPRIATE MARSHALLER IN THE WARM UP AREA WELL BEFORE THEIR ESTIMATED RIDING TIME. THE DRESSAGE MARSHALLER WILL CALL RIDERS FOR THEIR TEST AS APPROPRIATE. RIDERS MUST BE PREPARED TO RIDE EARLY IF THERE ARE SCRATCHINGS IN THEIR RING.
