General information:
Gates will open at 6.30am
Parking is limited so please park safely without wasting space and respect instructions of parking attendants.
Dressage will start promptly at 8:00am. ALL riders must be prepared to ride early if there are scratchings in their ring
Presentation to Judge - Trot around the arena
Signal for start of test - White Flag
Plaiting is required
Cross Country will begin at approximately 12pm in the following order: CCN1*-S, EVA 95, EVA 80, EVA 65.
Official Cross Country Walks will be at 8am and 9am from the clubhouse.
Body protectors are compulsory.
Eliminated riders must leave the course.
Show Jumping will commence at 1pm in the following order: CCN1*-S, EVA95, EVA80, EVA65
Helmets need to be compliant with current EA requirements
Backnumbers will be provided and need to be returned in good order. Replacement cost $5. Please supply own back number holder and printed number if you prefer not to use the cloth numbers provided
Hair must not cover number
Stewards briefing for xc will commence at 11am in front of the clubhouse.
All riders must supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs. That steward must be over the age of 16. If you do not supply the name of a steward, you will not be able to ride unless you have made arrangements, at the time of entry, considered acceptable to the organising committee. This does NOT mean that your entry will necessarily be accepted so please plan to provide a steward.
Protests. regarding your score or any aspect of the event should be directed to a member of the STEA committee or the STEA rider rep for the day and they will approach any officials or any members of the organising committee on your behalf
Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the TD or Scoring Team direct.
Prize money will be presented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for Official classes. Ribbons will be presented to 4th place. Please wear formal attire to the presentation.
Canteen will be available throughout the day.
Strictly no dogs allowed.
