Indoor Arena

In hiring the Freds Pass Reserve Indoor Arena, all USERS agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below, current as per the 1^st of July 2022.

Availability and Hire Rates

User Group  - $25 per hour (plus gst) – Use your abbreviated User Group Name eg – DDC (Darwin Dressage Club)

User Group Members  - $25 per hour (plus gst) 

Non-Members - $50 per hour (plus gst)

Commercial Clinics - $50 per hour (plus gst)

General entry conditions of the Indoor Arena

• Arena keys are to be collected from the Office during office hours (Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm)
• Arena keys are to be returned to the Office during office hours or placed in the Key return box at the Arena.Failure to do so, may incur charges..
• Manure must be removed from the Indoor Arena and deposited in the bins provided. ($50 cleaning fee may apply)
• No Smoking or Drinking permitted within the Arena..
• No Hay or feeding of Horses within the Arena.
• All equipment MUST be removed at the end of each booking session. Penalties will apply.
• Children must not play in the Arena.
• Users that set up prior to the Event may absorb the additional charges that the Reserve would be entitled to due to the Venue’s unavailability.
• Under no circumstances is a Hirer to sub hire the Facility.
• Private Lessons and clinics (Affiliated or not with User Groups)will be required to pay Commercial Rates.
• No more than 10 horses in the Arena at any time.

Liability

All Users will be held legally liable for causing bodily injury or property damage to a third party whilst participating or attending the event/session booked by the Hirer. The Freds Pass Sport and Recreation Management Board Inc is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs or compensation (either direct or indirect) which may be suffered by the Hirer, which the Hirer may become legally liable arising out of or in any way connected with the hiring of the Facility except to the extent caused by the negligence of the Freds Pass Sport and Recreation Management Board Inc.

Unauthorised or improper use of any Reserve Facilities will incur a fine of $200. Freds Pass Sport and Recreation Reserve Employees, Board Members and Caretakers are authorised to enforce this. For further assistance, contact the office on 8983 1522, Monday to Friday, 7am to 2pm.
