Stable hire:
1 night hire and 5 bags of bedding - $50.00
Additional night hire - $50.00 per night per stable.
Cleaning Fee (Refundable Bond) - $90.00
Additional Wood Shavings - $20 per bag
Camping:
Non-powered campsite - $20.00 per night per site
** Please note, there is currently no powered sites available at White Park. Council will organise power for those requiring medical equipment (e.g. Sleep Apnea machines etc.)
Casual/Overnight Bookings available by
contacting Upper Hunter Shire Council 02 6540 1100 during business hours Monday
to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. Bookings that fall on a weekend will need to be
arranged during business hours to allow plenty of notice for staff to have the
facilities ready.
Horse Boxes are prefilled with bedding and there is an option to purchase additional bedding or you can
bring your own bedding.
For your reference Section A, B, C requires a minimum 5 bags
to fill and Section D requires 7 Bags to fill.
Should you require more please contact UHSC to organise
purchasing of bedding material or your event organiser during your event.
Please note ALL bedding must be removed and horse box
cleaned on departure of your event to receive your BOND back.
All cancellations must be processed through Nominate. Please contact Nominate directly to cancel your booking. No refunds will be considered once the first booking day or first event day (whichever occurs first) has been reached.
Horse boxes are inspected the day of departure of event.
