Welcome to 2022 Royal Adelaide Show stable and locker booking program.
The Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia’s Horse Committee is looking forward to welcoming first time and regular horse exhibitors to a new look Horse Precinct at the 2022 Royal Adelaide Show.

For the first time we will be using Nominate to assist exhibitors with the booking of their stable and locker requirements.

Stable and Locker bookings will be available from 9.00am on Tuesday 28 June until 5.00pm (CST) Friday 8 July. The onus is on the exhibitor to ensure they have booked for the correct days.

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your bookings.

• The Society reserves the right to alter stall and locker allocations at any time should such action be considered necessary and may allocate another stall or locker to the exhibitor.
  
  

• Horses must be nominated in and compete in at least two events excluding rider classes to be eligible to book a stable. Any exhibitor not meeting these criteria and found to have booked a stable will forfeit their booking and all monies paid.
  
  

• Exhibitors with less than five horses may not apply for more than one locker. Any exhibitor with less than five horses found to have booked more than one locker will forfeit their booking and all monies paid.
  
  

• Should the number of applications received exceed the number of lockers available, the Society will require exhibitors with one horse to share a locker with another exhibitor.
  
  

• Exhibitors will need to supply the name of the horse booked for each stable as well as the height of the horse. This information will be used to confirm all bookings meet the outlined criteria.
  
  

• On exhibitor may act as the stabling contact for another exhibitors and book stables and lockers on their behalf, however, will be required to provide all exhibitor ID’s at time of booking. Exhibitor ID’s can be found on the entry receipt or list of entries. Exhibitors found to be booking stables for horses not registered to compete will forfeit their booking and all monies paid.
  
  

• The first day a stable or locker can be booked for is Wednesday 31 August and the last day a stable or locker can be booked is Sunday 11 September. 
  
  

• No horse is permitted onto the Showground prior to the night before the first day of allocated stabling. 
  
  

• All other information in the Competition Schedule is still valid and should be read in conjunction with this information. 

FEES
Stables: $30 per day/night

Bedding: $30 per stable

Lockers: $15 per day/night
A booking fee will be applied to the final total amount for all locker and stable bookings.

Please Note: The Stabling and Locker system used at the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia is powered by Nominate and therefore your credit card statement will show a charge from: NOMINATE PTY LTD MILBONG.

CANCELLATIONS

• Exhibitors may cancel a booking and receive a full refund (excluding the booking fee) until 5.00pm (CST) Friday 29 July. Cancellations can be made by contacting Nominate on +61 7 3118 9555 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

• Bookings cancelled after 5pm Friday 29 July, will not be refunded, unless approval is given by the RA&HS. Any request for refund should be received in writing to entires@adelaideshowground.com.au no later than Sunday 11 September. Medical and/or veterinary certificate documentation must also be provided.  Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
