Welcome to Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre bookings

It is the largest facility of its kind in Victoria, comprising two large indoor arenas, multiple outdoor arenas, general purpose and polo fields, 181 stables, 390 day yards, 250 campsites, amenities, administration buildings and an international level cross country course.

Fees:
Bookings  close 48 hours prior to the day you are arriving. 
Stables A - E Blocks: $35 per night
Stables F Block: $40 per night
Yards - no charge and booking is not required

Powered camping: $30 per night

Un-powered camping: $20 per night

Straw bedding is not permitted on the venue, only wood/shaving type bedding is accepted. Individual bales of shavings are available for purchase at a cost of $13.50 per bale.

Stable Cleaning - $35 per stable: A compulsory stable cleaning fee of $35 is charge per stable. 

Competitors are not required to clean out stable upon vacating. Competitors are asked to close the stable door on departure please.

Cancellations: Any cancellations to bookings of stables, camping and/or merchandise items within 7 days prior to the event date will NOT be refunded unless medical and/or veterinary certificate has been provided. Refunds will incur a $10 cancellation fee. 

If a request for refund is due to unforeseen circumstances, the request must be received in writing no later than 7 days post event.  Medical and/or veterinary certificate documentation must also be provided.  Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Please Note: The Stabling and Camping system used at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre is powered by Nominate and therefore your credit card statement will show a charge from: NOMINATE PTY LTD MILBONG.

Stables are not to be booked as tack rooms.
