Scoring will be done on the Nominate Scoreboard App so your test papers will be emailed to you.
This competition will be run according to EA Dressage Rules effective 1 January 2025. To enter the rider must be a current financial member of either GEC or Equestrian Australia (EA). For Official classes both the rider and the horse must be registered and currently financial with Equestrian Australia.

Neither the Organising Committee of any competition to which these rules apply nor the EA accepts any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
Callers are allowed for all tests.
All classes are on grass arenas.
Cost of entry per class: GEC Members $30
EA Members $37.50
All entries must be done on NOMINATE closing 9 March 2025
***Bridle Numbers are needed.*** If you don't have a bridle number you will be allocated one with the draw. It will be a 3 digit number so you can get the holders from your local saddlery. You will need one for each side.
Notes for Entry
Numbers are capped to allow for more classes, however wait lists will be setup so that if possible all entrants will get a ride. If a scratching is able to be filled from the wait list the scratching will be fully refunded. If no ride is allocated the waitlisted entry will be fully refunded. Late entries will not be accepted. Closing date: 9 March 2025
Efforts will be made to limit the time between tests to a maximum of 2 hours. If the weather is hot the time between tests will be shorter. Please indicate on the entry if a minimum/maximum time between tests is preferred.
Closed Restricted classes - open to GEC Members only
Maximum two tests per horse and rider combination*
* The EA rules allow three tests however due to arena and time constraints the committee has decided to keep the limit to two tests per horse
