Welcome to our HPRC Members Only Ground Hire - 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027
I am very excited to announce that our HPRC Members-Only Ground Hire program has been extremely well supported, and we have decided to continue offering it for the new financial year.
As many of you are aware, we initially opened the grounds for casual use at a cost of $10 per visit, allowing members to access the arena and bring their own instructor for private lessons at a reduced cost.
We then trialled a Special Ground User Agreement from December 2025 until the end of March 2026, which allowed approved HPRC members full use of the grounds—including the cross-country course, show jumps, and arena—without requiring an instructor to be present.
Following the success of the trial, we have now finalised pricing for the ongoing Member Ground Hire Program:
Family Membership
(all must be financial members of HPRC)
*$180 per year.
Includes up to 2 Adults and 2 children ($20 per additional family member - only available with a Family Membership).
Applies only to members of one family residing at the same address.
* Family Membership quarterly payment $45
Individual Membership
* $100 per year
* Or quarterly payment of $25
Members who wish to continue hiring the grounds casually at $10 per use may still do so.
This opportunity is available exclusively to HPRC Financal members only.
Annual memberships are valid until 30th June 2027. Quarterly memberships are valid until 30th September 2026, at which time a new Quarterly Membership must be purchased. No further pro-rata discounts or payments will be offered.
The sign-up process may still be a little clunky, and I apologise in advance. My priority is getting members access to the grounds as quickly as possible, and a fully streamlined system will take time to develop and test.
All Payments will be made through Nominate. All users are required to agree to the new Ground User Agreement to comply with current insurance requirements.

Once approved, accessing the grounds is simple. Contact Aleisha via phone, text, or Messenger to obtain the current gate code. Please note that gate codes are changed regularly and should not be shared.
