ALL EA CLASS ENTRIES SHOULD ENTER BOTH CLASSES AT THE SAME LEVEL as this is a championship event with limited spaces. Entries not meeting this requirement will be placed on reserve and may be accepted only if time allows.

• CASH PRIZE OF $500 WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE CHAMPION OF EACH LEVEL BASED ON CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS ACROSS ALL RIDER CATEGORIES (ie Overall Preliminary, Novice, Elementary, Medium, Advanced, FEI Small Tour, FEI Medium Tour, FEI Big Tour Champions). THERE MUST BE AT LEAST THREE STARTERS AT THE LEVEL FOR THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED. PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE AT PRESENTATIONS TO COLLECT THEIR PRIZE OR IT WILL BE FORFEITED. 
• In addition, EA levels and Small Tour will have Open, AOR, YR/JR (U21) categories for Champion & Reserve Champion. Medium & Big Tour will have an Open category for Champion & Reserve Champion. BEAUTIFUL EMBROIDERED RUGS FOR CHAMPIONS, PRIZES FOR RESERVE CHAMPIONS, GORGEOUS CHAMPIONSHIP ROSETTES.
• The OC has full discretion as to the implementation of prize rules and the awarding of prizes and its decision is final. 
• EA classes Elementary and higher, FEI classes and YH qualifiers will be on Stonewall Equestrian's fabulous sand fibre arenas whilst Preliminary and Novice will be on the expansive grass arenas.
• The event will be run under EA Dressage Rules
• GEAR CHECK IS IMMEDIATELY AFTER TEST COMPLETION AS PER NEW EA DRESSAGE RULES. FAILURE TO HAVE A GEAR CHECK WILL ENTAIL ELIMINATION.
• Maximum two tests per horse per day
• Maximum two horses per rider per day subject to schedule allowing*
• Maximum one horse per rider in each Young Horse class due to scheduling constraints*
• (*unless prior approval from the competition secretary is obtained)
• No refunds after event closes unless scratching advised at lease two days prior to event and a medical/vet certificate is provided within 3 days of the event finishing, in which case refund is 50% (as per new EA Dressage Rules). If slot is filled from waitlist, full refund will be issued.
• Waitlists available with full refund if unsuccessful
• Stables and overnight camping available with Stonewall Equestrian through Global Entries. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CHANGES IN EA DRESSAGE RULES THERE WILL BE NO UNSUPERVISED RIDING AT THE EVENT SO RIDING WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED FOR COMPETITION CLASSES DURING THE EVENT.
• Dogs are permitted but must be leashed and supervised at all times
