2026 Tom Johnson C camp

Huntingfield Pony and Riding Club is delighted to be hosting the 2026 Tom Johnson C Camp

Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 March 2026

Important notes:

- Each club will nominate two riders to attend free of charge.

- Other riders, approaching C test are welcome and encouraged to attend. Fee of $160 per rider applies (this is for two days)

- Those wanting to camp must have a nominated adult (i.e. and adult from each club). Campers will sleep in the clubrooms - bring a camp bed/mattress and bedding. A shower is available.

- Any non-riders staying overnight will need to hold a Working with Vulnerable Persons card, a copy of which needs to be forward to camp organisers prior to the commencement of camp.

- Mobile phones are to remain in vehicles (or with parents) during the camp.

A BBQ dinner on saturday and breakfast on sunday are included in the camp fee. Other details will be confirmed closer to the time.

Those that choose to camp will not be permitted to ride outside of their lesson times. Horses may be hand walked in and around the arena areas in daylight only.

The program will be centred around the C test syllabus and each rider should bring their manual. Riders need to have been attending pony club rallies and have their attendance approved by their DC.

All coaches are qualified pony club coaches. We are very fortunate to have vet Keryn booked to deliver horse health components. We also plan to introduce riders to Pony Club Quiz!

A more detailed program will be issued after entries close. We expect camp will commence on Saturday morning at around 9.30 and conclude mid afternoon on Sunday.
