Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday, and dinner will be provided on Saturday night only.

You must be an ARCHA member to participate. Day memberships are available for $25 per day or $50 for full membership per annum. Family members are $75 per annum.

Clinic cost is $600 plus stabling $35 per horse per night (including shavings) and $23 for camping per night.

Fence sitters are welcome to join for $60pp/day. This will also include lunch.

Cancelation Policy

If a replacement rider is found prior to the event, refunds will be provided; rider swaps are permitted.

Clinic payments will be forfeited if a replacement rider cannot fill a cancelled position.
