Stabling and Camping: Please use Separate Nominate Entry Form to book Stables and Camping
Stallions: Stallions may not use the yards available for competitors' horses, but book a stable or park the float at the first toilet block away from the other horses. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
Draw Times: Please ensure that special requirements to start and times between tests is communicated when entering - notes section.

Conditions Of Entry
|
Event held under EA & FEI rules
|
Preparatory - you must ride as HC if your horse has won at prep, prelim or a higher level.
|
Rider - One Rider per horse per day.
Horse - only two classes per day.
|
Rider - To change the nominated rider for the day the Event Secretary must be notified no later than 40 minutes prior to the start of the Competition. Providing that the horse has not been ridden by someone else in the warm up or Competition on the day.

Helmet -Australian Approved Safety Helmets Must be worn - Helmets must be tagged
|
Gear Check - Riders & Horses must be gear checked before each test, failure to gear check will result in elimination.
|
Bridle No -Your horse MUST have a bridle number before you enter - please display on both sides of horse / pony
Halter Numbers (same as Bridle number) are recommended.

Tests - 1 horse = max 2 tests
|
Levels - Horses may compete in 2 consecutive levels only.
|
Dogs - Dogs must be on a leash.
|
Draw - Once the Final draw is posted there will be NO CHANGES
|
Scratching - Please notify Event Secretary ASAP - 0410647011 or email: scec.events@gmail.com

Draw Times - on the day if there are scratching, then horses may be moved up the draw by the Gear Steward.
|
Hoty / Poty Points— maximum of 2 classes per level count towards Hoty Points - Double HOTY / POTY Points awarded at this competition. Points only awarded to current paid up members on the day of the competition.

Change of Horse: With OC approval a rider may change their horse no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

REFUNDS
|
Admin Fees are not refundable, only entry Fee
|
Before close of entry, refunds available without Vet or Doctors certificate. This does not apply to Late entries - Late entries are considered as entry after close of entries.
|
Once Entries are closed, (late entries are considered as entry closed) you may only have your entry fees refunded If you have a Vet or Doctors certificate. No other certificate is acceptable.
|
The certificate must be received by the event secretary no later than 7 days after the competition.

Uncovered Yards Available - Please ensure that you leave your yard clean after use.
We will be working out of the Tower Office.

$20 Member's Discount for the Event
Stabling available: Please organise stabling via separate entry on nominate. If your horse is being stabled overnight, you must have a responsible person staying overnight on the SIEC grounds that will take responsibility for the horse.
