* Test of Choice for FEI riders wishing to compete twice at the one level OR in a Freestyle from Adv to Grand Prix

The event will be run under Current EA and or FEI rules (please note all horses entered in Official competition must be registered with Equestrian Australia and hold a current competition license. All competitors must be currently financial with EA due 1st July 2024).

Note there are updated dressage rules applicable from 1st July 2024.

• Entries Close:5th July 2024
• Late entries will incur a late fee
• Reminder you can only compete in two tests per day per horse
• Note on the entry if you are an AOR or Pony competitor
• There will be separate sashes for AOR and ponies. 
• Ribbons will be awarded to 6th place all competitions, there is no prizemoney at this event
• All competitions will be held on state-of-the-art Ebb & Flow dressage arenas
• Competition numbers may be capped if oversubscribed, entries will be accepted in order of receipt
• All horses staying overnight must be stabled, day parking is available for local riders. We suggest 4 x bales of shavings per stable be ordered (stables are rubber lined).
• ALL stable bonds will be refunded if stables are left swept clean on departure.
• Powered camp sites are available (all come with water & power)
• Amenities include heated swimming pool, kitchen, BBQ area, large showers & toilets
• Luxury onsite accommodation is available. Please contact Nicole Goulding via email [email protected] to make your booking.
• Arrivals at the venue from Wednesday 24th July, please ensure you advise arrival and departure dates when processing your entry. Arenas will be open for training on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday. A daily venue fee applies.
• Catering Thursday 25 July and Friday 26 July - coffee and muffins will be available from the Bunker Cafe from 6.00am to 9.00am. 
• Catering Saturday 27 July and Sunday 28 July - The Bunker Cafe will be open from 6.00am for coffee, and breakfast and lunch available from 7.00am to 3.00pm.
• Catering - Dinner only available on Saturday 27 July. Please visit www.willingapark.com.au to book your place.
• Catering - if arriving earlier please self-cater and for during times outside when catering is provided.
• Scores from this event can be used for upcoming major events including the 2024 NSW Dressage Championships & for the 2024 Australian Dressage Championships.
