Please note: to be eligible for the membership discount remember to provide your membership number and tick the EA Membership discount box. EA members receive a $5.00 discount on bookings.

Saturday morning sessions may be extended, if bookings are filled before the closing date. 

Bookings are capped at 10 bookings per 30 minute timeslot. The closing date for bookings is subject to change depending on interest/capacity limits.

This event will not be able to accomodate any walk-ins. Booking timeslots may be extended on the Friday morning if all timeslots have been booked out. 

*Please view the Measuring Rules prior to booking (particularly the rules regarding the 9 month limitation on remeasurement for those with annual measurements on page 10). 

Venue: Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre (at Barastoc)

*Those who are not competing at the event may need to pay a facility fee due to WPNEC hire and facility costs for events. 

BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT UNDER THE BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES: 

• On receipt of a Vet Certificate no later than within 48 hours after the scheduled Measuring.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled before the close of bookings.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled and not rescheduled / postponed to a later date.
