Please be prepared to leave your contact details for tracing purposes. Please ensure that you check in on arrival at the venue via the ‘Nominate Equestrian App and check out on departure from the venue.
Prizes and Results
There will be a presentation at the completion of each class. Cash & ribbons to 3rd place for CCN classes, ribbons 1 to 4 commenced competitors in the class, as per EA 505.3.1. To receive your prize money, the rider will need to show proof of recognition and acknowledgment for the sponsor of the class. This can be done with a Google Review, Facebook post and sharing to sponsors page. Please tag us and the sponsors
Prize money will be paid directly into riders accounts. Place getters to provide details within 14 days with evidence of above. . Details of bank account and acknowledgement are to be sent to secretary@warwickhorsetrials.org.au within 14 days from end of event.
EA 515.6.2 - Protests concerning irregularities or incidents during a competition, or the classification of a competition: not later than 30 minutes after the announcement of the results or the posting of results on the event notice board.

FEI classes will have paper dressage, as per the FEI directive, remainder of classes will be paperless. Details available on Scoreboard.
Riders can make changes to entries up until the close of entries (15th August 2021), changes after that will incur a fee.
Riders will be required to print their back numbers before arriving at the event. Please print two. Email will be sent with the draw. Classes are limited to 35 riders per class, once this number has been reached, a waitlist will operate.
Juniors – please state when entering if you are a junior rider. If we have sufficient numbers, we will run junior classes, if not the top 3 juniors will be recognized in each class.
EA 536.2.1.1 .The Cross Country course must be walked on foot only; unless permission is given by the TD who will take guidance from the OC. Any permission to be posted on the notice board, if not posted walking on foot only allowed.
Camping
Powered sites $45 per night Unpowered $35 per night.
Yard: $25 per day or $50 for event
Dogs - If you must bring your dog please read the following. The dog owner is responsible for the actions of their dog/dogs. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and remain secured in the camp area. Please pick up after your dog. STRICTLY No dogs allowed on the Cross Country course, warm up and competition arenas. There is a designated dog area, please view map.
Only official vehicles on the XC course. Please take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided. Only provided yards to be used. No portable yards to be erected, unless with OC permission.
Volunteers
As at all events, the assistance of volunteers to help out with dressage pencilling, show jumping and as cross-country jump judge is essential to the running of the sport that we all love. Please provide the volunteers’ name, details and email address when entering as a briefing document will be sent out prior to the event.

Hendra Vaccination:
- Hendra Vaccine boosters have been administered within the previous 12 months
OR
- The first of the two priming doses must have been administered before the event Exemptions may be considered and should be applied for by email via
events@warwickhorsetrials.org.au
(Please Note: Horses who have not received any doses of vaccine will not qualify for an exemption)
Microchip numbers are required with the nomination. The committee reserves the right to conduct random checks throughout the event; Hendra Vaccination does not replace the requirement for good biosecurity practice and Horse Health Declaration are still required to be provided at the event; and Special Note: Some horses at this event may not be fully compliant with the label recommendations of Equivac HeV Vaccine.

- No refunds after initial close of entries (15/8/2021)
- Refunds prior to the close of entries will attract a 10% administration fee.
- If the event is cancelled, there will be a 20% administration fee withheld from nominations.
- Refunds for stabling & camping
- Substitutions of horse and rider will be considered up until the Wednesday prior to the event, as long as in the same class. No other substitutions will be considered.
Please ensure that you enter the correct class, Any changes will attract a fee. Please indicate on the entry if you are a junior (rider under 18yrs). Late entries: $50 fee will apply per horse – please contact the Secretary
