CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• The day will be run under PCA of NSW Rules and Zone 25 By-Laws.
• All riders shall be financial members of a Pony Club affili­ated with the Pony Club Association of NSW.
• All riders must be in full uniform, including Presentation.
• Under 7's & 7-9's will be appointed a Steward.
• Pleasure Hack to be ridden in snaffle bit. No whips, spurs, dropped nosebands or martingales allowed.
• Beginner Riders—Walk & Trot only
• Riders must have attended a minimum of 3 Instruction Days in the preceding 12 months to be eligible to ride. Attendance records may be checked

• The committee has the right to alter or delete any event on the program.
• All disputes must be in writing together with $20 fee within 30 minutes of the completion of the event. Disputes Commit­tee Gregg Merchant, Kim Booth & Zone Rep
• It is the responsibility of the parent to exercise a duty of care, ensuring their child is mounted on a suitable horse and is competent to ride safely.

• To encourage participation, riders have the option to ride bareback or bare saddle from 9 & under 11's upwards. Riders who choose to ride bare-saddle, shall not be placed above those who ride bareback, (All riders under 9 years are Bare-saddle ONLY)

POINTSCORE

• Boys and girls will be combined in each age group.
• Associates will combine if less than 3 in either group.
• In the event of a tied score at the end of the day, a count back will be taken on the Riding Class and, if necessary to the Flag Race or sporting, in the order shown on the program as required.
• All events are to be included in the point score. Events will have ribbons and points awarded to 5th place.
• All riders must compete in their Riding Class to be eligible for inclusion in the overall point score.
• All riders must compete in one sporting event to be eligible for the overall point score.
• All sporting events will be run on times only. Flag, bending & 3 mug zone finals.
• Beginners/Leds have no overall pointscore.
