Riders must be finacial EA or CDHC members to ride or take part in CDHC events, clinics or club hosted activites. 

EA members will be required to pay the $10 ground fee per event. Therefore we encourge  riders who will be regularly competiting or participating in CDHC events or clinics to join the club. 

Membership is $100 per year for a single rider or $150 for a family membership.

All competitors must bring a signed EA biosecurity form to compete in this event. All competitors must supply a EA Biosecurity form for this competition as failure to do so will mean return of your entry or non participation in the event.

ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE DISCLAIMER/INDEMNITY FORM BEING SIGNED AND FILLED IN CORRECTLY WITH THIS ENTRY.

This CDHC event is to be conducted under EA Rules
No refunds after close of entries without provision of a Vet or Medical certificate which must be supplied within 5 working days from the competition date.
In the event of cancellation of the competition the organising committee will refund 100% of entry fees.

CDHC will not accept Late entries. It is the competitors sole responsibility to ensure that entries are received by CDHC in ample time to meet the close of entry date as set by CDHC for each competition.

CDHC reserves the right to ask riders to ride earlier if scratchings occur on the day.  Upon arrival we ask riders to check in at the club house and with gear check to recieve up to date draw times. Any changes will be posted on the CDHC facebook page throughout the day..

EA approved riding boots and tagged helmets are compulsory, jackets are optional.
Helmets and boots must be worn at all times when a rider is mounted on CDHC grounds. 

NO HELMET NO RIDE

Preparatory Test (Walk Trot) is open to everyone.
Junior Rider is under 18 years of age.
Horses may be of any height and riders of any age over 8 years.
Commanded tests allowed, riders to supply caller on the day.

Max. number of dressage classes per horse is 2, over 2 consecutive levels at or above the horse’s EA graded level.
Spectators, cameras and videos – must be at least 20 meters away from arenas
Restricted classes – horse/rider combination who have never won at this level or won or placed at a higher level.

Please note there is no prize money - all places will recieve a ribbon and possibly a prize.
All riders are welcome to compete at the discretion of the CDHC Committee.
Riders must be Financial EA or CDHC members to ride at CDHC events.
Annual CDHC Membership is $100 per rider or $150 per family. 

Dogs are allowed on CDHC club grounds but must be on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not allow within 20m of any horse riding areas during competitions
if you can’t abide by these rules then please don’t bring your dogs as you may be asked to leave the grounds,
by order of CDHC Management Committee.
