Marshalling

All riders are to present for gear check prior to reporting to the appropriate marshaller in the warm up area well before their estimated riding time.  Riders who have not completed their C Certificate must report to gear check with a parent, DC or Club representative. The dressage marshaller will call riders for their test as appropriate. 

ALL riders must be prepared to ride early if there are scratchings in their ring.

Will be issued when back numbers collected or to nominated club representatives.

Pony Club Insurance

All riders must have current insurance and membership

Medical arm bands

NOT compulsory but recommended

Body protectors

Approved tagged body protectors are compulsory for all grades and will be checked at gear check

General

 

Entry Fee and Closing Date

$90.00 includes horse levy, ambulance levy and vet fees. 2nd horse $90.00

Entries close Sunday 11th February at midnight

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

Entries will be via website: https://www.nominate.com.au

Pony Club riders must ensure their DC is aware of and approve of the entry to this event.

Open Riders enter through Nominate via the STEA link

Stewards and Helpers Info

All riders must provide a helper/steward who is required to attend the event and be available assist on the day. If you nominate a helper and then do not have one on the day you will not be able to ride.   

              NO HELPER - NO RIDE!

Dogs

No dogs are allowed on the ground or in cars.

Parking

Parking space is limited at Huntingfield so please park safely without wasting space.

Please follow all directions from parking crew.

General Courtesy

Please show respect to all officials/helpers/judges - most of these people are volunteers and without them, the event could not run

Please show respect to all fellow competitors.

Abuse of horses will not be tolerated

6.30 am

Camping Some limited camping will be avaiable the night prior to the Event.  Please contact Sam on 0419 103 225 to book.  

Canteen

Canteen will be available.

Back numbers

Will be issued on the morning of the event. Riders are to wear back numbers and helmets at all times when mounted, even in warm up. Please make sure hair doesn’t prevent number being seen. If the back number is not returned you will be invoiced for the replacement cost.

Helmets & Back Protectors / Tagging

Helmets and Back Protectors must be tagged as compliant and will be checked at gear check.

If you need your helmet/back protector tagged, please bring with you when you collect your back number.  

 

Scratchings

All riders are to scratch via their DC at the earliest possible time. 

Protests

If you have a query regarding your score, you must refer it to your club DC or nominated club representative, who in turn will follow it through on your behalf.  Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the TD or Scoring Team direct.  Any queries, including marshalling queries, must be referred to your DC or nominated club representative.

Presentation

Unmounted - riders are to wear full pony club uniform to the presentation. Ribbons will be awarded to 6th place.
