What to expect: 3 hours of great coaching(1.5 hr SJ and 1.5 hr. XC each day that you enter, additional rounds on the course at the end of the day(sign up sheet after lunch), Signature rider lunch included. Saturday night BBQ and campfire till late (must book). Complimentary coffee and tea in Clubhouse. A great social atmosphere with 1 or 2 days away with your horse in a beautiful setting.

When you turn into Fernances Crossing Road, continue straight ahead. There will be signs and flags, follow those straight ahead. DO NOT TURN RIGHT ACROSS THE CREEK
There are wooden gates, goes through those and park your car/float. There is water facet in the little brick structure if you need it right away. You can also park your bigger truck outside the gates if you wish.
Yards and Camping, Clubhouse
If you are camping and have booked a yard(water is there), unload your horse and walk across the creek dip and go towards the Clubhouse. The yards are there in the vineyard next to the Clubhouse. If you are camping or just parking for the day, park as straight as you can, leaving room for others to get in and out.
The Clubhouse is where to come when you are not riding. A cup of tea, coffee,lunch or a place to chill out and get warm. We will have the fires going and a place to sit and watch the showjumping or meet the coaches near the campfire.
There is a shower and toilet plus an extra portable nearby.
About the Event
Things to know before you enter
1. No refunds 2 weeks prior to this event. If you cannot come, sell your place on Facebook or to a friend. We will also help if we have a waitlist.
2. You must wear approved safety equipment when riding.

4. You must book additional non-rider meals and your yard/camping package (if you need one) when you enter. This is to ensure that you get a yard and catering is taken care of.
5. If you are late or miss a session that you have booked, you will be unable to join another group if they are full. Allow plenty of time to get here and warm up if you need it. If you get an early draw, consider camping the night before or leave plenty of time to get here.

Format of the 2 Days (3 hours of riding with breaks in between plus Signature Rider Lunch) End of day course ride with instructors by sign up sheet after lunch.
Saturday Day1 Classes 8:00am-3:00pm w/additional rounds on course by sign up sheet after lunch at (3:00-4:00pm), Lunch 12:30-1:30, Rounds by sign-up 3-4:00, BBQ 5:30 then campfire until late
Day 1: 1.5 hours of Showjumping with Matt. This session involves a simulated cross-country session on Day 1 using show jump poles to simulate cross country questions such as skinnies, angles and apexes. This builds horse and rider confidence in a controlled environment.
Day 1: 1.5 hours of Cross Country with Charlie. You will ride a number of different cross country obstacles with the aim to put them together to ride a course.
Sunday Day 2 Classes 8:00am-3:00 pm w/additional rounds on course by sign up sheet after lunch (3:00-4:00). Lunch 12:30-1:30,Rounds by sign-up 3-4:00 Close of event
Day 2: 1.5 hours of Cross Country with Matt. You will ride a variety of obstacles with an aim to put them together to ride a course.
Day 2: 1.5 hours of Showjumping with Charlie. You will ride a series of showjumping training exercises with a focus on whole course riding.

In this clinic with Charlie: Day 1 with Charlie will be a 1.5 lesson in Cross Country practicing a series of obstacles including water, ditches and a variety of other obstacles with the aim to put together a course to jump at the end of the lesson. Day 2 will be a 11.5 hour showjumping lesson with a focus on whole course jumping.
