BRC Presents

** A FOCUS ON CONFIDENCE BUILDING **

FLAT WORK GROUPS (+ Poles) WITH EMILY BREEZE (EA Coach)

&/or

AN INTRODUCTION TO OPEN SPACES WITH SAMANTHA SANT (EA Coach)

Emily’s lessons will take place on the outdoor sand dressage arenas and will focus on position and use of the aids and accuracy in the arena.  Some basic pole work will be included.

Please indicate on the entry if you wish to be cantering (Yes/No), otherwise groups will predominantly be walking and trotting.

In addition Samantha Sant of Castello Park will be offering a separate Introduction to Open Spaces/Trail Riding.

Sam will accompany groups of 4 and will focus on the basics of trail riding and open spaces.  This will be walk only on a trail around the cross-country course.  The objective being to build horse and rider confidence in the open setting while with other horses.

This training day will be great for rusty riders or greenish horses and is focused on safely stretching your boundaries and your skill set.

You may also enter and bring your horse down for floating practice and exposure. You may use the spare arena/s without instruction.

Groups will be allocated and a draw sent following close of entries.  All groups will be approximately 45 mins and all sessions will start at 9am.

Lunch will be provided and is included in the cost of entry for ALL options.

There will be a vegetarian option.  Please advise of any other dietary requirements.

NO LUNGEING ON THE OUTDOOR SAND ARENAS, please.

Entrance for all vehicles is via the second gate on Matthews Lane.

Please park responsibly and leave enough room between floats/yards/containers.

The covered arena may be hired out to another user but is otherwise free to use on the day at this stage.  Check the Trust calendar and take this into consideration.  If you would like to bring a horse down for exposure, floating practice or to watch some lessons, please choose that option when entering.

If you cannot make it for any reason, please let us know - prior to the day use the club email address - [email protected] - ON the day via TEXT message to 0438 273 160.
