|
Gear Check MUST be carried out before EACH phase. Details of gear check areas will be advised on the day. Riders who have not completed their C Certificate must report to the gear check with a parent, DC or club representative.

Pony Club riders must ensure their DC is aware and approves your entry (grade and horse) to this event.

Qualifications
|
Riders must be bona fide members of the club in which they represent in all inter-club PCT competitions

Will be e-mailed to DC’s and riders via Nominate

Multiple Horses
|
A rider may have no more than 2 horses entered. No classes will be held up to accommodate riders with two horses. No refunds will be given for riders who have not been able to fully participate
|
Stewards & Helper Information
|
All riders must provide a helper who is required to attend the event and be available to assist on the day. If you nominate a helper and then do not have one on the day you will not be able to ride UNLESS you have made prior arrangements considered acceptable to the organising committee.

Veterinary
|
A veterinarian will be onsite for the SJ & XC phases
|
PCA Concussion
|
No rider who has been diagnosed with or suspected of having a concussion within 21 days of the event date may ride on the day.
|
First Aid
|
Appropriate First Aid will be available on site
|
Dogs & Smoking
|
Not Permitted at any time.
|
Manure & Hay
|
All manure, hay and litter to be removed and taken with you upon departure.
|
Camping & Booking of Yards
|
Available onsite $20/yard + $40 refundable bond will only be returned via nominate if your yard is left clean. Book on Nominate. No horses to be left unattended overnight. For enquiries contact Rebecca Evans 0407 736 007

Back Numbers
|
Will be issued on the morning of the event. PCT Riders are to wear back numbers and tagged helmets AT ALL TIMES when mounted, even in warm up areas. Ensure hair doesn't prevent number being seen. Please ensure your back number is returned at the end of competition.

Medical Arm Band & Back Protectors
|
Please ensure all current medical and contact details are updated on the medical armband (including allergies or n/a)
Current ph number for someone at the venue is also required.

Protests
|
Any queries must be referred to your DC or nominated club representative. Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the scoring team direct.

Grade 5 Riders
|
Must be riding independently and will not be allowed assistance during any of the competition phases.
|
Reservation of Rights
|
The event organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event, divide any class, alter the advertised times, refuse entry with or without stating a reason.
|
Unmounted Presentations at the conclusion of the event.
|
Riders are to wear full pony club uniform to the presentation. Sashes will be awarded to 6th Place for Grades 1-5
