Entry fee includes the TEA discount, if you are not a member of TEA you will need to pay an additional $100 for entry into this event.

Gates will open at 6.30am
DRESSAGE will start promptly at 8:00am. ALL riders must be prepared to ride early if there are scratchings in their ring Plaiting is required.

Will be issued on the morning of the event. Riders are to wear back numbers and helmets at all times when mounted, even in warm up. Please make sure hair doesn’t prevent number being seen. If the back number is not returned you will be invoiced for the replacement cost.

All riders MUST supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs.
That steward must be over the age of 16.
If you do not supply the name of a steward, you will not be able to ride.

Helmets need to be compliant with current EA requirements, note new EA tagging requirements come into effect from 1 Janaury 2020.
Protests regarding your score or any aspect of the event should be directed to a member of the STEA committee or the STEA rider rep for the day and they will approach any officials or any members of the organising committee on your behalf
Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the TD or Scoring Team direct.
Ribbons will be presented to 4th place for all classes. Please wear formal attire to the presentation.
Canteen will be available throughout the day.
Water Please bring own horse water.
Strictly no dogs allowed.
