All entry fees include the $16 Eventing NSW levy and the Equestrian Park levy. Entry fees have not changed since 2024, but we have implemented a medical levy that is per rider.
DOGS: MUST be on leads, and not on course when the XC is running.
Riders may "walk" the XC on bikes, but not when the XC is running.
Non-members of Eventing NSW will be charged an additional $15 inc GST.
Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be given for scratchings notified after close of entries.
Changes to entries: Changes made to your entry after the close of entry will incur a $10 administration fee.
Yards: A limited number of yards are available for hire for $60 for the weekend. Bookings are to be made with your entry. Competitors may bring their own yards, so long as they are of approved, solid construction.
Camping: There is no power available for campers. Camping is free of charge.
EvA80: All three phases are being run on Saturday. You can choose to enter the Friday dressage class.

- transfer competitors between sections of a class
- alter the advertised times
- refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
