> A back protector must be worn. No back protector, no ride.
> It is the individual's responsibility to ensure that the horse and rider are fit for this competition. Club Officials have the right to stop a rider or horse participating on safety or welfare grounds. In such case the Club Official's decision is final and refunds will not be given.
> Dogs must be leashed or tied to your float at all times.
> No refunds for cancellations or non attendence unless a valid veterinary or medical certificate is provided or the place can be filled from a reserve list.
