All riders must supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs or attend a working bee. 

Working bees - every Sat before the event.

Setting up dressage arenas -Sat 22nd - we need as much help on this day as possible

All riders must be current EA members.

Riders who are not also a TEA member (NTEC, STEA or NWEA)will be charged an extra fee of $100         

Please note: no dogs are allowed at the event and strictly No Smoking
