CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Event run under current ESNZ Eventing Rules and NZPCA rules
- The committee reserve the right to alter, divide or combine classes – article 611
- All Competitors MUST nominate a named helper or entries won’t be accepted, this helper must not have another job already allocated.
- There is no water available on the grounds.
- Limited horse yarding is available at the Middlemarch show grounds. Book via Nominate.
- No Dogs allowed.
- Please print and bring your own back number.
- Refunds of the class entry fee minus the non refundable admin and first aid fees will be refunded with a Vet Certificate for the horse entered or Medical Certificate for the rider entered if advised prior to Saturday 2nd November 2024 at 5pm via email to [email protected] and certificate received within 5 days of the event. Any other refunds are at the organisers discretion.
- Late entries may be accepted subject to availability and payment of the $20 late fee.

Neither the club nor its branches or their representatives nor ESNZ/NZPCA accept liability for any accidents, loss, damages, injury or illness to horses, riders, owners, helpers and spectators or to any personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. Due care will be taken to adhere to the Rules and Guidelines of ESNZ and the New Zealand Pony Club Association (Inc) and to standards of safety as outlined in the appropriate rule book pertaining to a specific event or pony club activity.
In order for entry to be accepted, accepting disclaimer is compulsory through Nominate.
For riders under 18 years a parent/guardian must complete the Nominate entry.
