No refunds after 27 October - Changes made to your entry after 27 October may incur an admin fee of maximum of $50.

There is a rider medical levy of $25 and equestrian park horse levies that are added prior to payment.

• Yards: A limited number of permanent steel yards are available for hire. Book online with your entry. Competitors may erect their own yards, so long as they are of approved, solid construction.

• Power is very limited and is for officials and sponsors only.

• Junior Classes. We will try to have separate junior classes, but only if numbers permit, so please tick the box if you are a junior, and enter date of birth when you enter on Nominate.

• Disclaimer: Neither the organising committee nor the NCHTA or owners or lessees of the grounds accept liability for any accident, injury or damages arising from the event.   The Committee reserves the right to reject ANY entry with or without giving a reason.

• Riders must wear approved riding helmets at all times when riding, including the Dressage phase – please refer to the EA website for current approved safety standards for helmets (http://www.equestrian.org.au/content/current-approved-safety-standards-helmets)

• Dogs must be on leads at all times. 

• No bikes on XC course when XC phase is running

• We are trialling a non-volunteer "donation" rather than a levy. So if you can assist - please do!
