Capricorn Community Dressage is an unofficial encouragement competition. Our aim is to promote a community around support for those taking a first step on the competition ladder.
This is a trial competition which we hope will be successful and pave the way for many more in 2026.
We wish to promote a community who will spend time getting to know their fellow competitors and enjoy each other’s company.
Light refreshments will be available to purchase on the day.
Plaiting is NOT required, clean and tidy is.
Tests may be commanded. The commander is to be positioned behind E or B outside the arena. They may only use wording as stated on the test sheet and only repeat an instruction a maximum of two times. A commander must not carry a whip.
The organiser can provide a commander if notified well in advance, there is a gold coin donation for this which will go entirely to the RDA.
For anyone needing to view the venue prior or wanting to know what to expect on the day there will be a session available on Sun 2nd November. This MUST be booked in advance by contacting Sue Morgan at [email protected]
