CLOUD BASED

CLUBS is a cloud based product, it can be accessed from anywhere you can get access to the internet. Being configured for mobile use makes it easy to use with a tablet or smart phone and it is available 24 hours a day all year round. Your member data is secure and you don't have to worry about data backups as we take care of all of that for you.

CUSTOMIZED FORMS

You decide what information you want to collect about your members. Add custom fields, radio buttons, selection lists etc. You design your membership details screen to suit your needs.

MEMBER DETAILS

As well as recording standard information on a member like address, phone number, date of birth etc. The members screen also provides you with the following information:
Family member details (for family memberships)
Payment history
Emergency contact details
Notes
Lists containing other details eg. Motorbikes owned (make, model, year, VIN)
A record of correspondence you have sent to the member
Activities a member has attended
Committees a member is part of

COMMITTEES

Record details of your club committees including which members are on each committee and what their role is.

COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS

Send correspondence to your members via email, SMS or letter. The CLUBS system automatically stores a copy of the correspondence in the members file, so you can easily track everything that you have sent to that member.

EASY PAYMENTS

Gone are the days of paying by cash or cheque. The CLUBS system allows your members to pay via credit card online. Funds from transactions get deposited directly in to your bank account on a regular basis.

RENEWALS

Sending renewal notices to your members is as easy as clicking a button. Choose between a fixed period of renewal in which your membership year runs from one date to another, or spread your renewal process out by having the renewal period based on the date that each member joins.

MERCHANDISE

If you have club merchandise, a great way to sell this to your members is “when they have their wallet out”, so when they are joining or renewing their membership you can advertise your club merchandise and sell it along with the membership.

Pricing

There are no upfront, setup or ongoing maintenance costs involved with using the CLUBS system. We simply charge you a small percentage of the transactions that are processed through the system using our credit card merchant facility.
If you take payments manually, there is no charge for this at all.
