Working Equitation Hawkesbury to Hunter Inc (WEQH2H) is now seeking 6 month membership applications for the 1st January to 30th June 2024 membership year. If you would like to be part of a fun and progressive club then apply now. 

The club aims to provide its’ members with one ridden activity per month from February to November each year, these include Member Practice Days and 2-3 competitions a year. Fundraising activities and the H2H Awards Presentation and Christmas Party are also arranged. The club also supports riders competing at external events on a regular basis. Our Member Practice Days and Competitions are held at Somersby Paddock, 165 Grants Rd, Somersby NSW usually on the second Sunday of each month. Our general meetings are open to all members and interested parties. Entry to all of our events is via Nominate.

We are known to be a supportive, friendly club that is keen to meet the needs of its members, whilst helping to grow working equitation locally and nationally. WEQH2H is afilliated with Australian National Working Equitation Ltd (ANWEL)  and use the ANWEL Rulebook to run its competitions and ridden activities. Membership to ANWEL is complusory for H2H Members.

To apply for membership you need to:

• read and complete the terms and conditions of membership below

• complete the membership form

• complete the waiver forms

All member applications once processed will be presented at our general meetings. If your application is accepted we will advise you of your membership number via email. If your application is unsuccessful, you will be advised as per our club constitution.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

WEQH2H is a volunteer run, not-for-profit incorporation. The club functions with the support of its members. .

If you wish to be a member of WEQH2H, you need to agree to helping out at Member Practice days, competitions and clinics, doing jobs such as equipment set up and pack away, co-ordination and support of competitions and clinics, being part of the organising committee and/or helping support the committee to make events run effectively.

Membership fees: Current membership fees for the period 1st January to 30th June 2024:

Rider: $30 (6 mths)

Non-Rider: $10 (6 mths)
