Unlock a new level of body awareness with Alison's unmounted "rider focus" class, offered as a single session or paired with a ridden lesson to apply your "rider focus" observations. These sessions will enhance communication and build trust with your horse; all while exploring fun ways to ride arena figures.

Ideally, sign up for the unmounted rider focus session, then follow with a small group or private session.

Session options:

• "Rider Focus” unmounted sessions: This is a group session with multiple participants, the more the better. We will work on balance and body movement to help create body awareness for riders. $20 per participant, 1 hour
• Group Ridden sessions: Maximum of 4 riders per session, $40 each, 1 hour
• Private Ridden sessions: 1 rider only, $80, 40 minutes.

About Alison:

Alison loves to help riders gain confidence and harmony with their horses through focusing on the fundamentals.

She achieved NCAS PC Preliminary Coach in 2010 and has been coaching ever since. Alison continues to be a student of the horse, taking lessons, reading articles, listening to podcasts and participating in many clinics all in an effort to be a better horse-person, and a better coach.
