RESERVE LIST

We will be holding a reserve list if spots are full. Please email [email protected] to be placed on a reserve list.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation and no new date being set we will refund riders. An Admin fee of 10% per entry will be deducted from the nomination.

SCRATCHINGS - All refunds are minus a 10% admin fee

- In the event of a rider scratching after the close of entries, a Dr or Vet certificate must be provided to be eligible for a refund. This must be provided within three days from the date of the event. 

- In the event of a rider scratching after the close of entries with no Dr/Vet certificate, a refund will only be given if their spot can be filled. If there is no reserve list it is the riders responsibilty to fill their spot.

- There will be no refunds for riders that scratch after 5pm the night before and/or on the day of the event.
