• EA levels and Small Tour will have Open, AOR, YR/JR (U21) categories
• Elementary level and higher and YH classes will have warm up and competition on the sand fibre arenas and preliminary and novice levels on the grass arenas.
• The event will be run under EA Dressage Rules
• Maximum two horses per rider per day and two tests per horse per day
• No refunds after event closes unless scratching is advised by at least the Thursday prior to the event and a medical/vet certificate is provided within 3 days of the event finishing, in which case the refund is 50%. If slot is filled from waitlist, full refund will be issued
• Waitlists available with full refund if unsuccessful

• Dogs are permitted but must be leashed and supervised at all times
• Please be mindful of the wellbeing of others and do not attend if you have Covid symptoms or are a close contact. Please adhere to usual Covid precautions of social distancing, hand washing and mask wearing in enclosed spaces.
