Entry Fees:
Entry Fee $90 (Inc of fees for PC riders)
Entry fee includes the TEA discount, if you are not a member of TEA you will need to pay an additional $100 for entry into this event (please ensure you select this in nominate).
Ambulance and Vet Levy $20 per horse
TEA Levy $25 per horse
TEC ground Hire and Dressage Fee $20.00 per horse
2nd horse Discount $10
This event is held under EA Rules for Eventing
All riders must provide a helper who is required to attend the event and be available assist on the day. If you nominate a steward and then do not have one on the day you will not be able to ride. If you do not nominate a helper you will not be able to ride.

No dogs are allowed on the ground.

Back numbers
Will be issued on the morning of the event. Riders are to wear back numbers and helmets at all times when mounted, even in warm up. Please make sure hair doesn’t prevent number being seen. If the back number is not returned you will be invoiced for the replacement cost.
Medical Armband and Pony Club Membership
These will be checked when collecting back numbers.

Protests
If you have a query regarding your score, you must refer it to your nominated club representative, who in turn will follow it through on your behalf. Under no circumstances are riders or parents to approach the TD or Scoring Team direct. Any queries, including marshalling queries, must be referred to your nominated club representative.
Presentation
Unmounted. Ribbons will be awarded to 4th place, prize money to 3rd place for EA riders

Marshalling
All riders are to present for gear check prior to reporting to the appropriate marshaller in the warm up area well before their estimated riding time. Riders who have not completed their C Certificate must report to gear check with a parent, DC or Club representative. The dressage marshaller will call riders for their test as appropriate.
ALL riders must be prepared to ride early if there are scratchings in their ring.
