PROTOCOL EVENT

Late Scratchings will only be refunded in full if another rider can be found to take the Protocol Session time. If a medical or veterinary certificate can be supplied 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Protocol Sessions will run in Arena 1 from 9:00am to 2.00pm.

Riders entered in the Protocol Sessions will be permitted to use Arenas 2 and 3 at any time during the day at no charge.

Arenas open at 8.30am and close at 2.00pm.

Riders are not permitted to be mounted unless the First Aid Officer is on site.

Dressage compliant tack is required.

Bridle numbers to be worn both sides of the horse at all times including on halter.

Wristbands will be supplied at the office and are to be worn by riders who have entered.

Only horses that have been entered will be permitted on the grounds - 'companion' horses also need to be entered.

NO DOGS permitted on the grounds as per HDAA rules.
