Training day August 17 2024 commencing 9:00am - to 12pm. 

Saturday Sausage sizzle 12:00 $2.00 per Sausage. 

HOTY Competition Saturday afternoon Dressage 13:00

AGM Saturday 5:00 pm at Hawthorne Park club house.  Then we'll venture to the local Royal Hotel for dinner ( self funded). 

Ease of Handling and Speed Sunday 18th August 2024 commencing 8:00am 

Entries close 11th August 2024   

Hawthorne Park, Minden Street South Grafton. 

This is a event is to be run in accordance with ANWEL rule book 2024.  

Training Day Saturday  Commencement time is 9.00 am .    Group Sessions ridden or lead  on the obstacle course  9:00 - 12:00.  During this session we'll work our way through the course explaining the criteria of each obstacle as per the ANWEL 2024 rule book. 

After the group session,   you will free time on  Ease of Handling Course. The Dressage competition will also run Saturday afternoon. 

Lunch time sausage sizzle - $2.00 per sausage, a chance to meet new members and catch up over a snag. Vegetarian options available. 

4:00 Set up for Comp Day Ease of Handling and Speed. Many hands make light work - your assistance would be appreciated. 

Course walk Saturday 16:00

The competition requires a minimum of 8 riders to be viable. If the event does not proceed competition entrants will receive a full refund. 

Competitors are encouraged to be familiar with  the rule book which is available on the ANWE website www.anwe.org.au . The rule book details  performance criteria to assist you in a competition environment and at your level or riding. 

Entries close 11th August  at 4pm. 

Course maps will be emailed to competitors a minimum of 3 days prior to the event. Dressage tests can be downloaded from the website  https://anwe.org.au/learn/#competition
