ETas Show Horse are conducting a child and young rider 2 day camp at Coal Valley Equestrian Centre on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December Twenty-25.

This will be a 2 day event with riding, group skills and other horse related riding activity each day from 8am to approximately 1pm. Lunch will be at the conclusion of these activities.

After riding we will take the kids to Bounce or Eastside Fitness to have fun on the bounce equipment and develop balance skills. There will be responsible persons accompanying the children at all times. All parents are welcome to come along. This is expected to be on the first day of camp.

There will be a hands on presentation seminar on the second day where the kids will learn how to present a horse, from plaiting to make-up to tails and back again.

We will also be inviting some guest speakers to relay fitness information for riding, competitive edge skills and other information to assist the kids in their chosen sport also on the second day and other fun related activities for the kids.

Horses can stay overnight in yards, please book this requirement if you wish and there are limited stables also.

Spaces are limited. The cost is all inclusive including the facility fee for 2 days but it is also possible to just attend one day. I have listed one day as a seperate cost to the two days.

At all times your children will be supervised and accompanied by responsible adults who are very involved in the horse industry as well as senior Equestrian Australia Coaches.

This will also be a friendship and support building two days for our young riders as we move towards the Equestrian Tasmania Horse of the Year in January Twenty-26.

Ages will be 4yrs to 16 yrs and must be at least participant member of Equestrian Tasmania. Any child under the age of 8 yrs must have an adult accompany them during the day. Please contact me for further details if required.

Please answer the compulsory questions on the event about your child. This will assist us manage medication, diet and other variables.
