1.2 & 1.3,  2.2 & 2.3,   3.2 & 3.3,  4.2 & 4.3
Test fees: GCEC members $35.00 
Non GCEC members EWA only $40.00

(member discounts will be applied at checkout)

DDF Levy (per day) $8.00 for 1 test or $14.00 for two or more tests.

PROTOCOL Tests Sunday

$45 a test 
Prelim, Novice, Elementary and Medium tests
You will need to supply your own writer, unless arranged otherwise

Only GCEC members OR EWA members can compete at this show.
GCEC Members that also hold EA membership must enter in Participant or Competitor classes.
GCEC classes are restricted to GCEC only members.

Senior horse (over 18)

Junior horse (10 -18 yrs)

Senior pony (over 18)

Junior pony (under 18 yrs)

Official (EA) competitor:
Senior Official Horse (over 18)

Junior Official Horse (10 - 18yrs)

Senior Official Pony (over 18)

Junior Official Pony (8–18 yrs)

Young Rider (16 - 21 yrs)


Participation (EA) member:
(only to compete Prelim & Novice)

Junior Participant pony (8 - 18 yrs)

Limit of 2 tests per horse/pony.
Self Help
or Non-riding helper (over 16 yrs)

If you are participating in this show you are required to elect a helper (self-help available for ONE rider mount). You must elect ONE helper PER HORSE COMPETING. If you are riding TWO or more horses on the day you must elect a NON-RIDING helper for the second mount. If you scratch from the competition, you or your helper are still required to complete your allocated job. Failure to do so may result in a $25.00 fine or future nominations might not be accepted.

PRECLOSURE OF NOMINATIONS/CANCELLED TRAINING TESTS (DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS) – 100% REFUND ON PRESENTATION OF VET/MEDICAL CERTIFICATE WITHIN 24HRS OF WITHDRAWAL OF NOMINATIONS
