Yards: $25 per night + $100 bond (Yards MUST be cleaned after use. Bond will be withheld if yards are not free of manure, shavings, and feed/hay)
Camping: un - Powered site $15 per night

One class per horse. Each class includes 2 articles: article 238.2.1 (One Round against the clock) and 274.2 (Special 2 Phase).
The program may be altered on the day to suit the conditions and to keep the event flowing.

COMPETITION RULES
ARTICLE 238.2.1 (AM2) This is a one round competition against the clock.
ARTICLE 274.2 (Special Two-Phase)
This competition comprises two phases run without interruption, each at an identical or different speed, the finishing line for the first phase being identical with the starting line for the second phase. The first phase is a course of 7 to 9 obstacles with or without combinations (Table A against the clock). The second phase takes place over 4 to 6 obstacles, which may include one combination (Table A against the clock). Athletes completing the first phase may continue in the second phase. Placing is according to the penalties and time in both phases (faults on obstacles and penalties for exceeding the time allowed in both phases) and, if necessary, according to the time of the 2nd phase.

Prize for Champion and Reserve Champion in each class (TBA)
Individual: Ribbons 1st – 6th place in each round
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This competition is run in accordance with the Interschool Queensland Handbook 2026.
All schools represented must be current affiliates of IQ.
Riders must be financial members of both EA and IQ at the time of the competition. Each horse is permitted to enter ONE CLASS ONLY
Riders MUST ride in their school equestrian uniform and tagged Helmets must be worn at all times whilst mounted
HELPER REQUIREMENTS Every rider must nominate a helper.
Helpers must sign on at the office 10 minutes prior to their job time.
Results and qualifiers will be withheld if job is not fulfilled No helper – no ride policy will be strictly enforced.
